Course Overview:

Instructor Biography:

Ms. Wagner is an experienced project, program, and portfolio manager. Her roles have included managing capital asset plans and business case summaries; project controls and performance goals for $132M IT investment supporting an inter-agency web-based system. She has led teams of project managers, business analysts, and instructors involved in internal enhancements and new product development.
